Project Manager - Remote - Full-Time Contract - Must be based in Manila

About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager who will play a role in driving key operational projects that align with the company's strategic goals. You will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Leadership Team to plan, manage, and deliver multiple cross-functional projects each quarter, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. 

Key Responsibilities

• Run and manage key operational projects as designated by the Chief Operating Officer, contributing to the achievement of Filta’s strategic and operational objectives.
• Collaborate with the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Leadership Team to establish and prioritize project goals, ensuring clarity and alignment.
• Define project objectives and scope clearly, ensuring that all stakeholders understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that encompass tasks, timelines, deliverables, budgets, and resource allocation for effective execution.
• Monitor quality, track progress, and manage risks, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and drive continuous improvement in future project delivery.

Ideally, you have the following qualifications…

Experience & Software

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated project management experience. 
• Strong expertise in project planning and execution.
• Proficient in risk and change management.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Decisive problem-solving abilities.
• Technical proficiency with project management tools, enabling efficient workflow and resource management.
• Experience with budget management and resource allocation.
• A demonstrated ability to deliver successful projects that meet or exceed objectives.
• Preferred experience in small to medium-sized businesses and managing operations across multiple countries.
