Required Skills

  • Proven success in sales leadership roles within a growth-oriented SaaS environment, with at least 5 years of experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of the hospitality landscape, including its unique challenges and opportunities.
  • Solid experience selling to software hospitality property management groups and/or hotels.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, coupled with a passion for mentoring and driving team excellence.
  • A strong commitment to achieving and surpassing sales targets while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic analytical skills to interpret data, recognize trends, and make informed business decisions.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.

Qualifications
