Job Overview

We are looking for a committed Community Property Manager to join our esteemed team in a hybrid capacity, blending remote and on-site responsibilities. This pivotal role involves overseeing the daily operations of our properties, ensuring they are managed efficiently and effectively. This position offers a competitive salary of $60,000 and provides a unique chance to positively impact the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to inquiries and feedback, maintaining professionalism and composure at all times.
  • Manage competing priorities to balance various projects successfully, displaying outstanding analytical abilities in addressing diverse challenges.
  • Remain informed about state regulatory agency regulations, as well as community documents, policies, and procedures for each client. Review financial reports and contribute to annual budget development.
  • Oversee property enhancement and construction initiatives, ensuring completion within established timelines and budgets.
  • Supervise front desk, maintenance, and janitorial staff as necessary.
  • Cultivate professional relationships with the Board of Directors, unit owners, residents, and vendors. Prepare management reports ahead of Board meetings.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in community property management.
  • Strong understanding of HOA and condominium regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing detailed budgets.
  • Valid U.S. work authorization and a clean driving record.
