Job Overview

We are in search of a highly skilled Lead Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. This pivotal role will empower you to utilize your extensive knowledge in Oracle Cloud SCM to enhance our clients’ supply chain capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as an authority on Oracle Cloud SCM applications, providing strategic insights and addressing client inquiries.
Identify and implement process optimization opportunities to effectively leverage technology for organizational success.
Take the lead in guiding cross-functional teams through the implementation of tailored solutions that align with overarching business strategies.
Shape a comprehensive technology roadmap to support critical business objectives.
Develop thorough documentation, conduct training sessions for end-users, and facilitate the successful adoption of innovative solutions.

Required Skills

Over a decade of experience working with Oracle ERP, complemented by a minimum of 1-2 years specifically in Oracle Cloud SCM.
Strong foundational expertise in Supply Chain Management, ASCP, and Cost Accounting.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams efficiently and effectively.
Adaptability in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment.
Experience within the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or bio-pharma sectors is preferred.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field is required.
Demonstrated capability in managing and leading complex projects successfully.
Previous experience in both new implementations and upgrades is essential.
