Key Responsibilities

In This Role, Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

  • Defining project scope and timelines, ensuring consistent and timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Organizing and facilitating project meetings, preparing status reports, managing risks, and addressing any deviations from project plans.
  • Supporting team development, holding team members accountable for their responsibilities, and removing obstacles to ensure efficient workflows.
  • Developing comprehensive project plans that align with client schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Assisting the Project Owner in managing client expectations and stakeholder communications, while implementing effective project governance.
  • Promoting continuous process improvement initiatives to incorporate best practices in Agile Project Management.
  • Encouraging team engagement to foster a productive environment and ensure high-quality output.
  • Managing project changes in scope, schedule, and budget through applicable verification techniques.
  • Measuring project performance with relevant analytics, reporting to management as necessary.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to minimize project risks.
  • Coordinating with third-party vendors and maintaining thorough project documentation.

  • Required agency experience.
  • Effective interpersonal skills for mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building.
  • Proven ability to lead software development projects, ensuring objectives and commitments are met.
  • Proficiency in Agile Project Management tools (e.g., Jira), Microsoft Project, Visio, and Office Suite.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, capable of engaging with both business and IT stakeholders, including executives.
  • Strong creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to maintain a broad perspective while focusing on intricate details.
  • Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory.
