Job Overview

We are thrilled to announce an opening for a Customer Success Specialist who will join our innovative team dedicated to driving business growth and development in our region. This remote position will be based in the Kansas City Metro area and report directly to the Vice President of the US/LATAM region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the entire customer journey from initial implementation to long-term utilization, ensuring effective integration of our advanced LiDAR railway inspection technology.
  • Serve as a trusted consultant, leveraging technical knowledge to address the specific needs of the railway industry and deliver customized solutions.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and success through comprehensive training, responsive support, and ongoing system optimization.
  • Identify and nurture opportunities for further adoption of our technology within client organizations, contributing to overall business expansion through strategic upselling.
  • Represent the customer's perspective within our organization, providing valuable insights and feedback to enhance our products and services.
  • Cultivate enduring partnerships with clients, positioning our company as a vital ally in improving railway safety, efficiency, and infrastructure management.

Required Skills

  • Previous experience in customer success, particularly in a technical or engineering-related environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities.
  • Strong grasp of LiDAR technology and its applications in infrastructure inspection.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site customer support and sales visits (up to 25% travel may be expected).

Qualifications

  • Experience in technical support or sales engineering, ideally within the railway or LiDAR technology sectors.
  • Familiarity with railway systems and maintenance practices, or a willingness to learn.
  • Capacity to navigate ambiguity and change effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for both internal collaboration and direct customer interactions.
  • Commitment to ownership and accountability in all responsibilities.
