Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist | WFH

Job Overview

We are in search of a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Mental Health Therapist to become a valuable member of our team. This position provides the flexibility of hybrid remote work, allowing you to deliver care both in-person and through telehealth services. You will have the opportunity to create a positive impact on clients from varied backgrounds, encompassing children, adolescents, and adults.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional therapeutic services to a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and referrals as needed.
• Apply your expertise in addressing a range of mental health concerns, assisting clients in reaching their personal goals.
• Monitor client progress diligently, modifying treatment plans as necessary to secure optimal outcomes.
• Conduct thorough and prompt documentation to support effective treatment and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Maintain ongoing communication with community-based treatment providers for coordinated care.
• Engage in staff development initiatives, conferences, and administrative meetings to remain updated in the field.
  
  

Required Skills

• Competence in medical documentation and accurate record-keeping.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions.
• Familiarity with ICD-10 coding for diagnostic and billing purposes.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to foster rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding professional ethical standards.
  
  

Qualifications

• Licensed in Virginia as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or Counseling (MS) is mandatory.
• Prior experience in a clinical environment providing direct services to individuals, groups, and/or families.

Compensation And Benefits

• Competitive pay rate: \(50.00 - \)65.00 per hour, contingent on experience and caseload.
• Expected working hours: 5-30 hours per week, depending on individual availability.
• Flexible schedule: Monday to Friday, allowing for a balance between work and personal commitments.
