The project and the role description:

We are looking for Business Analyst who would join a project for our Swedish client, a global manufacturing company that provides professionals and consumers with forest, park, lawn and garden products.

Responsibilities

Serve as the voice of the customer in defining and delivering innovative digital solutions.
Work globally across multiple business units and functions to understand user personas, pain points, and journeys and create user flow diagrams to support business case development.
Support the prioritization of product features for future releases for one or more delivery teams.
Collaborate with Delivery Leads and business stakeholders to scope and deliver data and AI tools and solutions
Provide insights into product, technology, and market trends.
Assist in developing and documenting feature lists, user stories, and roadmaps aligned with the overarching product vision.
Collect and synthesize product feedback from stakeholders at all levels.
Champion the MVP concept, distilling the product down to what is desirable, viable, and feasible.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to scope, design, concept test, and deliver innovative solutions.
Lead the development of significant portions of business cases, operating plans, and new business proposals.
Develop materials to communicate progress to partners and clients.
Influence others to champion product adoption and evolution through direct interaction with key business sponsors and organizational leaders.

Required Skills Or Techniques

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a large organization.
Strong team player.
Previous experience with gen AI product
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technologies and environments.
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
High level of initiative and self-motivation.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, intellectually demanding, and service-oriented environment.
Ability to support a few projects simultaneously with the same diligent attention to detail.
Willingness to travel to Sweden 2-4 times per year
Fluent in English.
Located in Czechia or Slovakia
