Position Title: Remote Neuromonitoring Physician

Job Overview

Are you dedicated to providing exceptional neurophysiological care? We invite you to become an integral member of our esteemed team, renowned for delivering high-quality services across the nation. In the role of Remote Neuromonitoring Physician, you will ensure patient safety during surgical procedures by offering real-time support to surgical neurophysiologists engaged in intraoperative neuromonitoring (IONM).

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver real-time oversight to surgical neurophysiologists during IONM procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with on-site surgical neurophysiologists, operating surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other personnel involved in surgeries.
  • Maintain a standard Monday-to-Friday work schedule with occasional weekend call availability.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication abilities to facilitate collaboration with surgical teams.
  • Capability to provide effective remote supervision during IONM procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of neurophysiological practices and protocols.

Qualifications

  • Board-certified MD or DO, having successfully completed a neurology residency.
  • Fellowship training in Clinical Neurophysiology is preferred.
  • Relevant clinical experience or postgraduate medical training in Intraoperative Neuromonitoring.
  • Eligible for obtaining and sustaining medical licenses and hospital staff privileges across multiple states and regions.
