We are seeking Seasonal Customer Service Specialists to support our clients’ dental benefits from the comfort of your home. This TEMP TO HIRE role will conclude on March 30th, with opportunities for permanent positions available afterward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via inbound and outbound calls with a friendly and courteous demeanor.
  • Address basic eligibility and benefits inquiries for dental providers.
  • Document each customer interaction and resolution accurately in our tracking system.
  • Retain and recall information effectively to assist customers.
  • Address customer requests and concerns with professionalism.
  • Excel in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Operate independently while adhering to your assigned schedule.
  • Multi-task across various computer applications during customer engagements.

Required Skills

  • A minimum of one year of experience in a call center environment.
  • Willingness to commit to 100% attendance during classroom training.
  • Familiarity with the dental care industry is highly regarded.
  • A strong desire to meet or surpass performance targets in a timely manner.
  • Proficient computer skills, with the ability to resolve minor technical issues independently.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
  • Expected Work Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Shift Details: 8-hour shifts available, including both day and evening shifts.
  • Benefits: Seasonal employees become eligible for benefits the first of the month following six (6) months of employment, in compliance with the Affordable Care Act (ACA).

Work From Home Requirements

You will need the following equipment to succeed in this role:

  • Desktop or laptop (compatible with Windows 10 or newer, no tablets or smart devices).
  • Webcam with video capability.
  • Minimum of 4GB of RAM and a Dual Core 2 GHz processor or better.
  • High-speed internet via wired ethernet connection (minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps and download speed of 16 Mbps).
  • USB headset with noise-canceling microphone.
  • Access to a mobile phone or landline for multifactor authentication.
  • Two monitors or one monitor that is 32" or larger.
