Key Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare planning and design documents within your engineering discipline.
• Conduct process design calculations, create cost estimates, and perform economic analyses to assess various alternatives.
• Assist in formulating project scopes and schedules, complete initiation documentation, and conduct budget reviews along with progress assessments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, oversee design aspects, and direct team members on design-related tasks while managing project records effectively.
• Maintain communication with project managers regarding progress and challenges, coordinate with clients, and participate in client meetings.
• Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives, including proposal writing.
• Act as a project manager for smaller projects as necessary.
• Independently execute assignments on complex projects, coordinating the work of junior professionals and technical staff.

You Bring

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• A minimum of 6 years of relevant Civil Engineering experience.
• A current Professional Engineer registration.
• Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, and erosion control.
• Familiarity with Civil 3D software is preferred.
