Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead the management of asset management projects, including overseeing a comprehensive three-year technical refresh cycle, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project plans that outline timelines, milestones, and resource distribution.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including procurement and logistics teams, to guarantee seamless project execution aligned with strategic objectives.
• Monitor ongoing project progress, identify potential risks, and enact effective strategies to mitigate challenges.
• Communicate regular updates on project status to senior management and relevant stakeholders, focusing on progress, challenges, and proposed resolutions.
  
  

Required Skills

• Master's degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree coupled with 11 years of experience, or a High School Diploma with 17 years of experience.
• Demonstrated experience in asset management or a related field.
• Proven expertise in project management, ideally holding certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership capabilities.
• Proficient in utilizing ServiceNow.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude and meticulous attention to detail.
  
  

Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is required.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in managing IT infrastructure projects.
• At least 8 years of experience in communications and customer service.
• 8+ years in Requirements Definition/Analysis and Design Analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience with ServiceNow is required.
