Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or related field, Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Enterprise systems management, Baseline certification and Computing Environment certification required per DoD standards, Experience with Active Directory, SCCM, SQL, ADFS, DNS, PKI, Ability to troubleshoot and make decisions under pressure.
Key responsabilities:
- Provide Enterprise-level support for Active Directory and Windows File Services
- Execute Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management for corporate Identity Management
- Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft Active Directory and related tools
- Analyze SCCM logs, implement patch management, and deploy updates
- Create and maintain system documentation and enhance existing processes
