Overview of Role

66degrees is seeking a senior contractor to engage on an 8-week remote assignment for 20 hours per week, with potential to extend. Interested candidates should have the following required skills and the ability to work independently as well as within a team environment. 

Qualifications
  • Collaborate with project teams and senior leaders to develop comprehensive change management strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Identify and analyze key stakeholders' needs, concerns, and expectations related to change initiatives. Develop tailored communication and engagement plans to address these factors.
  • Create clear and effective communication plans, including messages, channels, and timing, to ensure that employees are well-informed about upcoming changes.
  • Assess the impact of proposed changes on individuals, teams, and the organization as a whole. Identify potential risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in organizational change management, preferably in the Technology industry. Experience in change management for a Google to Microsoft migration is a requirement.
  • Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Confident working with people across all levels of organizations, ranging from end users to C-level executives.
  • Calm, positive, and upbeat even under high-pressure or unpredictable circumstances.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Eagerness to work in a teamwork/collaborative environment.
Desired Skills
  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is highly desirable.
  • Background in professional services/consulting.
