We’re looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to support our UK Managing Director, helping us manage schedules, coordinate events, and engage with clients and partners as we support the next generation of change-makers.

If you’re passionate about startups and thrive in a flexible, part-time role, this might be your perfect opportunity. 🚀

You’ll also coordinate events, manage post-event follow-ups, monitor social channels for engagements, and help with content posting as needed. This is a part-time role with flexible hours, spread across three days a week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar & Schedule Management: Organise the Managing Director’s calendar, setting up meetings with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate client and partner events, including setting up online events and liaising with venues and vendors for in-person gatherings.
  • Post-Event Follow-Ups: Manage follow-ups after events through HubSpot workflows and personalised outreach, ensuring participants stay engaged and opportunities are maximised.
  • Meeting Coordination: Arrange and confirm client and partner meetings, ensuring clear communication and follow-ups.
  • Content Posting & Social Media Engagement: Post updates and monitor social media channels, ensuring timely engagement and responses.

Stakeholder Engagement: Assist in maintaining relationships with accelerators, venture capitalists, and key partners, ensuring smooth communication and follow-through.

You have a knack for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and following up after events to maintain strong client and partner relationships.
