Role Overview:
We believe that exceptional design is at the heart of every successful product, and we’re looking for a Senior Product Designer with a strong focus on UX to join our growing team. If you're passionate about user experience, enjoy solving complex design challenges, and want to make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will take ownership of major design projects, leading UX research, strategy, and execution. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to shape user experiences from concept to launch. Your deep understanding of user-centered design principles, combined with your leadership and mentorship abilities, will ensure the creation of innovative, intuitive, and user-friendly products.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead UX Design Initiatives: Own the end-to-end UX process for key projects, from discovery to delivery, ensuring the creation of intuitive and impactful experiences.
  • User Research: Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Prototyping & Wireframing: Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design solutions clearly and efficiently to both stakeholders and developers.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate user needs and business objectives into engaging product features and seamless experiences.
  • Design Systems: Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
  • Usability Testing: Lead usability testing sessions, analyze results, and iterate on designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate and present design concepts, progress, and research findings to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies, and apply best practices to continuously improve the product’s user experience.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on UX and demonstrable experience of your work on complex, user-centered design projects.
  • Design Tools: Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Figjam, Miro, Sketch or Adobe XD.
  • UX Expertise: Strong understanding of UX methodologies, usability principles, and interaction design. You have a user-first mindset and are skilled at creating seamless, intuitive experiences.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to tackle complex design challenges and simplify them into elegant solutions that meet both user and business needs.
  • Research Skills: Extensive experience with user research, testing, and data analysis to inform and validate design decisions.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to clearly communicate design rationales, decisions, and ideas to a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Agile Mindset: Experience working in agile environments and being able to iterate quickly and efficiently based on feedback and changing requirements.
  • Leadership & Mentoring: Experience mentoring and supporting junior team members, fostering collaboration, and contributing to a positive team culture.
