You are an enthusiastic technology person who would deep dive into an issue to get to the root cause and work on solutions to resolve the production issues for customers. For us customer data is most critical, and our product integration sits at the heart of customer data and they need the system to be up and running 24X7, 365 days to meet their requirement for data privacy and data availability.
As a key member of the Protegrity 24x7 Support Group you will be responsible for providing expertise knowledge to the Support team and Protegrity Customers. In this role, you will work closely with our Support team and clients to resolve any Protegrity software related issues including product installation. You will also be a conduit of customer information to the R&D and Product Management teams. 
By focusing our enabling our customer’s success and helping them achieve their desired business outcomes, you will become their trusted advisor responsible for extending the Protegrity footprint. Success in this role will be driven from a high level of curiosity and a structured approach to building new relationships, creating value for our customers, and ultimately booking new business.
You must have the ability to identify and interpret our clients/prospects business objectives, build and lead virtual internal teams to create and accurately present complex solutions in an informative and easily understood fashion, either face to face or in virtual meetings.
This individual contributor should also possess enthusiasm and entrepreneurial skills to be successful in a semi-unstructured environment within a matrixed growth organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Experience with the following operating systems: Linux and Windows.
  • Experience with at least 2 of the following technology streams:
  • Container/Kubernetes
  • Web based Platforms: Web Development and Networking with working knowledge of WEB technologies (for e.g.: REST, JSON, REGEX, etc..) and communication protocols such as HTTP(S), and TCP/IP.
  • Comfortable SDK Knowledge: Java, Python, C, .Net and general shell scripting.
  • Data Platforms: Hadoop-based distributions (CDP)
  • Must remain current in industry and technology best practices and trends, providing value-added solutions.
  • Act as industry subject matter expert, leveraging knowledge of specific industry challenges and opportunities to build trust and respect with both internal and external customers. Understand multiple use cases for the Protegrity product portfolio.
  • Adherence to and application of Protegrity legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested. 
  • As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Protegrity’ s established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls, and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.

  • Qualifications:
  • BS degree or 6+ years real time on the job equivalent experience.
  • Web based Platforms: Web Development and Networking with working knowledge of WEB technologies (for e.g.: REST, JSON, REGEX, etc..) and communication protocols such as HTTP(S), and TCP/IP.
  • Cloud Platform: AWS, Azure, GCP (Any one of the clouds)
  • Networking skills and commands for troubleshooting
  • Strong knowledge of technology and how to apply technology to solve the customers business needs across the customer lifecycle.
  • Excellent listener with an aptitude for problem solving and deductive reasoning skills
  • Managing customer relation escalations for the accounts under management
