A California plaintiff-side employment litigation boutique is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney specializing in Labor & Employment to join their team. What You'll Do

Manage cases from start to finish with minimal supervision.

Handle all aspects of employment litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.

Provide excellent communication with clients and colleagues, ensuring they are well-informed throughout their cases.

Negotiate settlements and handle trial advocacy where necessary.

Maintain a high standard of legal writing, research, and oral argument skills.

Prioritize and manage multiple cases at one time, ensuring deadlines are met and goals are achieved.

What You Need

Minimum of 6 years of experience as an employment litigation attorney.

Active membership in the California State Bar (required).

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proven ability to manage a case independently.

Strong negotiation skills.

Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize workload.

Collaborative mindset, willing to contribute to a positive team culture.

Salary & Benefits

Location (Anywhere in the USA ).

Fully Remote. California State Bar (required).

Salary range: $120,000 - $170,000 annually (based on experience).

Full-time.

Monday through Friday.
