Job role

 

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Financial Data Analyst to become part of our team.
The individual will be part of a global squad and responsible for analyzing data, checking data quality including root cause analysis, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data.

 

What will you do

 

- Ensure professional, accurate and timely reporting
- Responsible for process monitoring, checking data quality including root cause analysis
- Develop and maintain data quality standards and processes to support reliable data analysis
- Controlling and quality checks of ongoing data flow processes
- Create reports, test changes, business 2nd level support
- Work closely with our customer advisors and assist them in answering questions relating to the financial statements
- Actively drive the identification, evaluation, and implementation of potential optimization and automatization within your area

 

What you bring

 

- Strong academic background in economics, capital markets, information technology or mathematics, preferably with a focus on finance, risk management or comparable professional experience
- Good ability to communicate and interact with different stakeholders
- Fundamental knowledge of financial statements and capital markets (basic know-how about portfolio, funds, main financial instruments)
- Experience in analytics and reporting
- Skilled in applications and analytics of mass data
 

You have

 

- Basic experience in working with relational SQL Databases, or implementation of comparable data retrieval tools 
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, esp. Excel. 
- Finance and IT affinity and process-oriented thinking
- Very good communication skills in English
- CFA Institute or similar diplomas are a plus
- Agile Certification or experience with an Agile environment
