Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales and Operations Management, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
At least 3 years of exp in managing a team
Fluent in written and verbal English communication.
Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of dealership operations, sales processes, and the motorcycle/automotive industry in the Philippines.
