Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales and Operations
  Management, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
•  At least 3 years of exp in managing a team
• Fluent in written and verbal English communication.
• Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of dealership operations, sales processes, and
  the motorcycle/automotive industry in the Philippines.

• The Sales and Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and managing dealership networks across the Philippines, focusing on automotive parts and related consumables, including motorcycles. This role requires building and nurturing strong relationships with key dealerships, overseeing sales performance, and ensuring the smooth introduction of new products in various regions.
