Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth
  • Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance against goals
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, share updates, and provide training
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics and KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Coach team members to improve their sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer interactions
  • Evaluate and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-up
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies as needed


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • Proven experience as a Sales Team Leader or in a similar sales leadership role
  • Strong sales and leadership skills with a track record of achieving targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret sales data
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to motivate and mentor a team effectively
  • Results-oriented with a focus on driving sales performance
  • Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and sales strategies
