Recruiter for Nurse Practitioners

Location: Remote (Full-Time, US Hours)

We are a full-service staffing agency specializing in the recruitment, screening, and placement of medical professionals across the United States. Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruiter for Nurse Practitioners to join our team. This full-time position requires working US hours and involves recruiting nurse practitioners for various healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare recruitment, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for connecting professionals with their ideal roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Identify, attract, and recruit qualified nurse practitioners through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screening: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for specific roles.
  • Placement: Match candidates with suitable job opportunities, ensuring a good fit for both the candidate and the employer.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and healthcare facilities, providing ongoing support and communication.
  • Job Postings: Create and manage job postings on various platforms, ensuring they are current and engaging.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, specifically recruiting nurse practitioners.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
  • Technology: Proficiency with recruitment software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attributes: Friendly, professional, and able to build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Own laptop & Back up power

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time position 
  • 3pm -11pm South African time
