How you will have an impact
  • Monitor therapist performance to ensure adherence to Luna best practices.
  • Develop resources and lead initiatives to help PTs use Luna’s tools effectively for optimal patient care.
  • Ensure new therapists receive timely clinical support.
  • Execute workflows to enhance therapist performance on key metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive therapist success.
  • Track and report monthly Therapist Enablement metrics.
  • Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, exceeding therapist expectations.
  • Build positive, professional relationships with therapists, patients, and team members.
  • Gather feedback from patients and therapists to inform process improvements.
  • Use data-driven insights to guide therapist outreach and measure success.
  • Communicate with therapists as needed to ensure support and performance.
  • Actively contribute feedback to improve workflows and scalability.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
