Job description

This is a remote position.

Our client is looking for a Product Owner to manages the workload of the team through the product backlog, which includes reviewing and creating stories (items to deliver), changing priorities, and managing which items are prioritised on the backlog.

Requirements

Required Skills and Experience:

Product Owner Certification (asset)
Solid understanding of Agile Scrum and/or Kanban methodologies
5+ years' experience in a Product Owner role
Experience with physical construction projects or the built environment is highly desirable

Organized multi-tasker who can easily shift focus in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to manage multiple priorities and requests while staying organized and composed
Strong communicator able to effectively deliver priority messaging to staff
Proven relationship-builder comfortable interacting and negotiating at all levels
