• Actioning jobs that come via email from property managers, insurance companies and website enquiries.
• Contacting tenants/customers to confirm their bookings
• Liaising with our head plumber via WhatsApp if he requires any urgent bookings or calls to be made/emails to be sent.
• Organising our plumber's day via ServiceM8
