What you’ll be doing:

  • Statistical analysis and model application: Leverage statistical methodologies and econometric models to scrutinize extensive datasets, evaluating marketing effectiveness and the influence of various advertising channels on business outcomes.

  • Strategy enhancement through analytics: Enhance marketing strategies through the analysis of attribution models, customer segmentation, incrementality testing, media mix modeling, and other advanced analytics techniques to fine-tune campaign performance.

  • Insight generation and strategic advice: Distill complex data into actionable insights and strategic advice for internal teams and clients, aiming to bolster marketing strategies and meet performance objectives.

  • Data visualization and reporting: Craft reports, dashboards, and visualizations that succinctly convey key findings and performance indicators, empowering stakeholders to make well-informed decisions.

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Foster collaboration with teams across Marketing Analytics and Client Services to synchronize strategies, exchange insights, and implement data-driven solutions that champion client success.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing Analytics, or a related field, with a preference for a Master’s degree.

  • Between 0 to 2 years of experience in roles centered around data analysis, econometrics, or marketing analytics, ideally within a Performance Marketing setting or similar industry.

  • Proficiency in statistical tools (e.g., R, Python) and querying languages (SQL), coupled with a robust grasp of statistical techniques, econometric models, and their applicability in marketing analytics.

  • Demonstrated experience in managing sizable datasets and analyzing key marketing performance metrics such as ROI, ROAS, attribution, and customer lifetime value (CLV).

The hiring salary range for this role is $84,000.00-$100,000.00 plus performance bonus of up to 20%.

Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, parity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
