Product Manager

About the role

As a Product Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our product vision and roadmap. Your primary responsibility will be defining the strategic direction and overseeing its implementation. Understanding user needs, use cases and behaviors will drive your decisions as you craft a comprehensive roadmap and efficiently prioritize tasks. You’ll play a lead role in collaborating closely with the technology team, designers and product owners. Your focus will be on delivering value to our clients at the right time and enhancing their overall experience. Your insights will directly influence our product development's strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Understand the needs and requirements from end users and translating them into product roadmap.
• Lead and execute product roadmap.
• Get to know our users and companies directly to understand new approaches to improve the product.
• Keep the team focused on key priorities while providing comprehensive context.
• Actively participate throughout the project development cycle, ensuring effective communication with team members to anticipate/resolve situations that may arise and make appropriate decisions to achieve the goals.
• Gather feedback from end users through different channel and properly prioritize these requirements considering variables such as impact, user value and complexity
• Drive execution and  any roadblocks. 
• Identify and document new processes and approaches to improve and robust product’s workflow, ensuring quality and efficiency
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks in project definitions and developments.
   

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in automating Finops processes, handling big data challenges, and fostering seamless communication and collaboration with IT teams, preferably in Fintech or Ecommerce.
• Strong analytical skills to decipher complex data and user insights.
  
• Preview experience leading tech and design teams.
• Solid experience and knowledge in payment gateways.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Startup,and experience in saas products is a huge plus.
• English and spanish are required
