Job description

Founded in 2008, Locumsmart provides web-based software-as-a-service solutions to the healthcare recruitment industry. The Locumsmart web-portal provides workflow automation, vendor management (VMS), and managed services provider (MSP) software for lowering costs, and increasing the efficiency of recruitment. Our clients include some of the largest hospital systems and staffing firms in the country. 

LocumsMart is looking for the perfect candidate that has a love of data and all things Business Intelligence. This is a blended role that requires technical skills that include ETL and data warehousing experience along with the ability to create and build meaningful dashboards in our Analytics platform, Sisense. Key to this role is the ability to understand the business problem and solve it by visualizing the data.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to strategic objectives and roadmap goals as defined by the Company
  • Develop and maintain ETL between relational database and data warehouse
  • Create a variety of dashboards that visualize data
  • Provide training and screen sharing sessions to internal and external customers regarding data visualizations
  • Develop, package, and deliver new service offerings related to Business Intelligence
  • Gather business requirements for use in development of data models and custom reports
  • Work with Sr. Management, Data Warehouse Architect, and Product Management to understand and prioritize data and information requests and deliver in an agile environment

Qualifications

  • 1-3 year(s) experience with data analysis and building Business Intelligence solutions
  • 1-3 year(s) experience with ETL and BI tools; (Sisense, preferred)
  • 1-3 years SQL experience writing complex queries
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Demonstrated experience with software design practices, relational databases, and data-driven reporting applications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a technical field
  • Positive attitude and proactive work ethic

Preferred

  • 3 year(s) experience delivering solutions in a business intelligence platform. (Sisense, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
  • 1-3 year(s) experience developing Sisense cubes & dashboards
  • 1-3 year(s) experience with cloud data warehousing methodologies
  • SSIS Package Creation Automation
  • Master Data Management implementation/maintenance
  • Experience with JavaScript

We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $64,900 -- $197,100 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location. 

CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
