This position may be performed remotely anywhere within the United States except for the State of Colorado, Alaska, North Dakota, or South Dakota.
Employees located within 50 miles of a BHN office will be considered a "Hybrid" employee and are required to come into the office 2 days per week based on office shcedule. 

Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to directly support the Senior Finance Manager of Core Distribution.  The candidate should be highly committed to quality, efficiency, and teamwork in supporting Finance goals and initiatives while working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for the following: 

 

  • Provide full cycle financial support to multiple relationship managers across an entire suite of product offerings
  • Prepare variance reports and in-depth analysis on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, including collaboration with business partners and Accounting to provide insights on financial performance
  • Prepare, maintain, and update forecast models including decision support analysis for contract changes, new products, and long-term planning
  • Fulfill reporting requirements and analysis according to Corporate Finance requirements, as well as any additional ad-hoc requests from Finance leadership and the business
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA a plus
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis and modeling
  • Superior analytic skills, with a proven ability to synthesize data and develop meaningful insights
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment
  • Strong business partnership skills. Comfortable interacting with various levels of management
  • Strong process and detail orientation.  Superior organizational skills
  • Proficient with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Experience in MicroStrategy, SQL, data mining, and other business intelligence tools is a plus
Benefits:

Salary Range for all U.S. Residents (excluding Alaska, California, North Dakota, South Dakota): $81,660.00 to $110,250.00

Salary Range for California Residents Only: $101,660.00 to $137,250.00
