Key Responsibilities:
- Automation Strategy: Design and implement automated testing strategies to streamline the testing process and ensure software quality.
- Test Development: Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for various platforms, including web and mobile applications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Defect Management: Identify, document, and track software defects, working with development teams to resolve issues.
- Continuous Integration: Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to support continuous delivery and deployment.
- Performance Metrics: Analyze test results and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software quality assurance and test automation.
- Domain Expertise: Strong knowledge and experience in the payments domain.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript, and experience with automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar.
- Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile environments, with a solid understanding of Agile principles and practices.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent are a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Automation Tools: Expertise in using automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, TestNG, JUnit).
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues effectively.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure thorough testing and quality assurance.
