The Staff Technical Project Manager at Cytiva is responsible for working across the Cytiva IT - Global Ops portfolio and teams, working in lockstep with global stakeholders to support the delivery of services and value to the organization.

This position will report to the Director of Program Management and the Operations PMO. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:

  • Management and responsibility for the tracking and successful delivery of the Cytiva IT - Global Ops planned initiatives and projects.

  • Governance of Cytiva IT - Global Ops project management ensuring effective change and release management. 

  • Define Metrics to measure success and enable continuous improvements.

  • Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to drive prioritization, On-time delivery, progress tracking, flag risks and implement countermeasures aligned to Cytiva IT PMO governance.

  • Create focus and alignment around processes, standard work and establishing a focus on improvement in IT KPI’s and Services.

Who you are:

  • In depth experience in business relationship management, engaging with senior stakeholders and delivering business requirements. 

  • Experienced projects leader with a strong background in managing complex IT projects in a global organization, including budgeting, prioritization, managing customer expectations, and change management.

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively. Proactive, persists to completion, especially in the face of overwhelming odds and setbacks. Ability to work & navigate in a matrixed organization​. 

  • Experience mentoring and coaching others, building a cohesive team.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) or equivalent.

  • Proven experience (at least 5 years) IT product management, managing teams responsible for projects or similar related experience.

  • Excellent judgement, strong analytical skills, experience in risk assessment. Continuous Improvement mindset using Danaher’s process improvement methodologies or industry equivalent including Six Sigma. 

  • Experience in business relationship management, engaging with senior stakeholders and delivering business requirements. 

Able to travel up to 25%, including internationally.

The primary location of the role is onsite in Kraków

or remote in Poland or Sweden
