Job description

Blueprint is seeking a Product Marketing Associate to hold the responsibility of day-to-day tactical marketing activities for the MCAT and LSAT verticals. Our Product Marketing team at Blueprint is the lifeblood of our revenue lifecycle and is responsible for overseeing the merchandising, positioning, campaign management, channel strategy, and overall customer journey. This is a full-time, fully remote position that reports to the Director, Product Marketing - Undergrad.

What You'll Do

  • Help communicate all marketing-related efforts for the business unit you represent.
  • Track key performance metrics weekly to gauge the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Creative team to develop marketing assets needed for various marketing campaigns and launches.
  • Continuously analyze the competition and understand trends in order to support the team in creating marketing programs relevant to the consumer.
  • Manage the seasonal email marketing calendar. 
  • Assist in creating marketing briefs for campaigns and initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned by your manager.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree (required); MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years relevant work experience as a marketing associate at a B2C/D2C company, ideally in education, medical or healthcare related fields.
  • Knowledge utilizing owned channels (email, social), organic marketing channels (content marketing, SEO, social) and paid marketing channels (SEM, paid social, advertising) to drive business results.
  • Passion for education and/or medical/health education.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at once, while maintaining attention to detail across projects.
  • Agency experience is a must.
  • Experience using a project management or task management system to manage others to complete assets or items needed on time. Project management skills are a must.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Willing to work west coast hours occasionally, when business needs dictate.
