What do we need

As an Associate Project Manager you will be part of a world-class Professional Services team. You will work with our clients to develop an in-depth understanding of their needs, roll out technology solutions that support our scientific community of users that help accelerate scientific innovation in order to make the world a healthier, cleaner, and safer place to live.

In this role you will get to:

  • Manage the project delivery for multiple customer projects in parallel
  • Develop project objectives, by identifying project requirements and project constraints, including cost, time, scope, and resources
  • Coordinate project implementation teams to meet customer requirements.
  • Understand customers' scientific workflows and determine how Dotmatics can be leveraged to meet their key business needs
  • Project tracking and reporting – you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, to specification
  • Coordinating cross functional teams and guiding the client through their responsibilities in the process
  • Drive client contact and satisfaction – you will act as the main point of contact for the client, ensuring that an exceptional level of service is delivered. Your efforts will ensure we maintain a consistently high standard of feedback and NPS (Net Promoter Scores) 
  • Assists in the creation of proposals and estimates for service delivery projects from project extensions with existing customers to working on new proposals with Sales and Pre-Sales

We are looking for people who have 3-5 years experience in SaaS Project Management, ideally holding a PMP or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification in Project Management with agile methodology experience. You will have experience with SaaS implementation preferably in the life sciences industry, and the ability to manage project deliveries with multiple customers. 

The key skills we are looking for

  • Project Management: Ability to create detailed project plans, define scope, set objectives, and outline milestones with in complex SaaS environments
  • Risk Management: Identifying potential risks, mitigating them, and developing contingency plans to keep projects on track
  • Budget Management: Tracking project costs and ensuring the project stays within budget
  • Project Management tools: Ability to use tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet,  Excel, OpenAir or similar) for tracking key project metrics, generating reports, and ensuring transparency across teams and stakeholders
  • Software Implementation & Integration: Experience with software deployment and system integration processes, including an understanding of APIs, data migration, and configuring solutions to meet customer workflows
  • CRM & Customer Support Tools: Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms like Salesforce or net suite to manage client interactions and track service delivery performance
  • Technical Writing & Documentation: Ability to create clear, concise project documentation, including project plans, customer requirements, and proposals
  • Basic IT & Cloud Knowledge: Understanding of cloud-based solutions, data security, and IT infrastructure to ensure smooth implementation of technical projects and manage system requirements

Nice to have 

  • Comfortable working with globally distributed teams
  • Experience within the life sciences industry 
    • Understanding of scientific workflows, allowing you to align products with customers' business needs
  • Previous experience within Professional Services

The candidate's final starting pay is based on job-related skills, experience, job specific qualifications & location.
