Company Overview

Skin Clique (SC) is a nationwide leader in personalized, in-home aesthetic care, offering expert treatments from board-certified providers. Through comprehensive skin evaluations and long-term treatment plans, Skin Clique integrates skin health into the broader wellness conversation. As the only practice with a certified curriculum for in-home aesthetic medicine, they prioritize expert care and overall skin health to deliver medical-grade results directly to clients. This innovative approach positions Skin Clique at the forefront of delivering high-quality aesthetic services as an essential part of overall wellness.

About the Position:

As the Senior Graphic Designer and Creative Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and aligning our brand mission and values with a cohesive visual identity. You will be an integral member of our marketing team, working cross-functionally to create visually compelling designs that resonate with both sides of our audience—patients and providers.

Your primary responsibilities will encompass both graphic design and creative leadership, serving as the visual steward of the brand across all channels, including web, social, print, and event materials. You'll lead creative direction for photoshoots and brand campaigns, ensuring that every visual touchpoint reflects the essence of our brand and drives engagement.

This role offers a dynamic and collaborative environment where your creativity will play a central role in shaping how our brand is perceived. The ideal candidate is passionate about the intersection of design, beauty, and medical aesthetics, with the ability to balance current design trends with a distinct, forward-thinking point of view that sets our brand apart in a competitive industry.

Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

  • Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across web, print, social, and event materials.
  • Create high-quality, visually appealing digital graphics, marketing materials, and social media assets that align with our brand's aesthetic, including but not limited to emails, social media posts, printed collateral, presentation designs, and event signage.
  • Apply a deep understanding of customer engagement needs and conversion points within design materials.
  • Edit video content for web and ensure proper specs and deliverables are met across multiple platforms.
  • Retouch shoot imagery as needed.
  • Design optimized for mobile platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience with a focus on responsive design principles

Brand Creative:

  • Collaborate with the marketing director to lead and direct brand photoshoots, ensuring visuals align with brand strategy and storytelling.
  • Work closely with photographers, stylists, and other creatives to bring concepts to life.
  • Provide art direction and creative leadership for all visual messaging, ensuring the final output aligns with the desired brand aesthetic.

Collaboration:

  • Work daily with cross-functional teams, including recruiting, training, warehouse, and product development, to ensure all departments have the design assets and support they need to achieve their goals.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all design-related requests across teams, managing multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
  • Facilitate open communication with key stakeholders to align on project goals, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring design work integrates seamlessly with broader business strategies.
  • Ensure design feedback is gathered from all necessary departments and incorporate adjustments while maintaining brand consistency. Feedback loops are essential to this work.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to provide insights and recommendations for design improvements that align with company-wide objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a focus on beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
  • Experience leading and directing brand photoshoots from concept to execution, including working with photographers, stylists, and creative teams.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for graphic design and asset creation.
  • Proficiency in Webflow for website design and development tasks.
  • Strong web design and development skills, particularly with Shopify or WordPress, to create and maintain visually stunning, high-converting websites.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence effectively across cross-functional, fully remote teams.
  • Ability to edit video content, ensuring platform-specific requirements are met.
  • Retouching experience is required, particularly with beauty and fashion imagery.
  • Experience in photography and film shoots, with an understanding of framing, lighting, and post-production processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online retail environments, including knowledge of product and promotional design.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current design trends and best practices in the beauty, fashion, and lifestyle industries.
  • Experience with HubSpot for marketing and CRM tasks (email, landing pages) is strongly desired
