Are you a seasoned UX Designer ready to make a significant impact? We're a premier full-service digital agency based in Montreal, specializing in the design, development, and maintenance of large institutional websites. We serve clients in higher education, government, and healthcare sectors across Canada and the United States.

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to elevate our team's capabilities in delivering exceptional digital experiences.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead: Take charge of the discovery and design phases of key projects
  • Engage: Prepare and lead workshops to gather input and align diverse perspectives
  • Research: Conduct in-depth UX research and synthesize findings
  • Prototype: Develop top-notch wireframes and prototypes in Figma
  • Test & Refine: Perform usability testing and refine designs based on user feedback
  • Collaborate: Work with our multidisciplinary team to keep projects moving forward
  • Delegate & Mentor: Provide input and feedback to other designers on your projects
  • Promote: Represent Evolving Web as a subject matter expert to existing and potential clients by delivering pitches

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years in UX design, ideally within a digital agency
  • Multitasker: Ability to juggle multiple projects with ease
  • Client Savvy: Strong client-facing and presentation skills
  • Research Pro: Expertise in UX research for institutional clients or projects with similar complexity
  • Figma Mastery: Advanced skills in Figma are required
  • Usability Expert: Experience in usability testing and design optimization
  • Bilingual Bonus: Proficiency in English and French is a plus

Additional Qualities:

  • Public Speaking: Comfortable representing our company at conferences
  • Sales Support: Experience contributing to writing proposals and delivering pitches
  • Information Architect: Experience in creating sitemaps and information architecture
