Job description

We are seeking to expand our expertise for an ambitious Digital Advertising Executive to join our growing team. Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with content and social teams to align advertising strategies, working on social media campaigns across a wide range of platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more. This is an excellent opportunity for a someone with iGaming or consumer sector experience, and a passion for sports.

Requirements:
  • Manage Paid Social and Google Ad campaigns that deliver on core KPIs related to a full funnel strategy.
  • Perform research on benchmark trends and audience preferences.
  • Design and implement social media ad strategies to align with business goals.
  • Set specific objectives and report on ROI.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create relevant and engaging social ads.
  • Monitor customer feedback and market trends, staying up-to-date with current technologies and design tools.
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, such as promotions and competitions.
  • Work with influencers and influencer managers to optimise campaign performance.
  • Apply audience insights and analytics data to inform all paid social campaigns.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in Digital Advertising.
  • Successfully executed paid social campaigns across key channels.
  • Experience running Google Search and GDN campaigns for a B2C business.
  • Experience in a large, competitive market is a plus.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to provide brand-led strategic messaging.
  • Experience with marketing campaigns on Snapchat and TikTok is advantageous.
  • Data-driven with the ability to analyse insights via Facebook Analytics and other tools like Google Analytics.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to adapt to agile working environments.
  • Ability to manage projects under tight deadlines independently.
  • Spanish or French fluency is a plus.
