Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for Slovak-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about the company's products and services while efficiently resolving customer inquiries.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through friendly and professional support.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the company's system.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and the overall customer experience.
  • Stay informed on product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively.
  • Follow established procedures to ensure quality and compliance in service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in customer support is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools is preferred
  • Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and adapt
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as necessary
