Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for Slovak-speaking customers through various communication channels, such as phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding the company’s products and services while efficiently resolving customer inquiries.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering friendly and professional support.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the system for future reference.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Stay informed on product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively.
  • Follow established procedures to ensure compliance and quality in service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools is preferred
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup
  • A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
