Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service to Danish-speaking passengers.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements

Fluency in Danish and English (both written and verbal).
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel industry.
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with customer service software and systems.
