What You’ll Do:
  • Provide exceptional IT support to our German-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and offer effective solutions for both software and hardware.
  • Keep meticulous documentation of customer interactions in our support management system.
  • Work closely with your team to ensure a seamless support experience for all clients.
  • Empower clients to maximize their product usage by guiding them through features and functionalities.
  • Stay in the loop with ongoing product changes and innovations.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English is a must, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in IT customer support or technical assistance is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills with a knack for problem-solving.
  • Outstanding communication abilities that resonate both verbally and in writing.
  • A commitment to delivering top-notch customer service.
  • Familiarity with a variety of software and operating systems is a plus.
