Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is excited to announce a fantastic opening for a Dutch Speaking Customer Care Coordinator in the vibrant city of Athens, Greece! As a Customer Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, coordinating service requests, and ensuring a seamless interaction process for our Dutch-speaking clients. If you possess strong organizational skills and have a desire to contribute to a supportive team, we want you to join us in this dynamic role!

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, addressing inquiries through phone and email.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues and enhance service delivery.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback for continual improvement.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
  • Assist in developing processes to improve customer care operations.
  • Support the team in achieving performance targets and service level agreements.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in English to facilitate teamwork and interactions.
  • Previous experience in customer care or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A positive attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Willing to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience.
