Responsibilities

Coordinate all logistics activities for Dutch-speaking clients to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory levels.
Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and customers to manage expectations and timelines.
Resolve any logistical issues that may arise during the shipping process.
Work closely with internal teams to improve operational efficiency.
Prepare reports and analyze data to support logistics operations.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in logistics.

Requirements

Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
Proficient in English to interact with team members and clients.
Previous experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to improving processes.
