Responsibilities

Assist Dutch-speaking customers with their telecommunications inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Resolve service-related issues and complaints efficiently and effectively.
Provide accurate information about telecommunications products and services.
Document customer interactions for quality assurance and service improvement.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and service skills.

Requirements

Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written) with strong communication abilities.
Proficient in English (spoken and written).
Experience in customer service, particularly in telecommunications, is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
A positive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
