Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional technical support to Dutch-speaking customers for our software services.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues via email, chat, and other communication platforms.
Educate clients on best practices for using our software to enhance their productivity.
Document all support interactions and solutions for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on the latest software developments and feature enhancements.

Requirements

Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken) with strong communication capabilities.
Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
Experience in technical support or software services is preferred.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a remote and fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Willingness to work remotely while being based in Greece.
