As a Dutch Speaking IT Customer Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our Dutch-speaking clients, delivering exceptional technical assistance and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will troubleshoot a variety of IT issues, offer guidance to clients, and provide timely solutions from the comfort of your own home. Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality IT support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and networks.
  • Provide clear instructions and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Document all support interactions and maintain detailed records of issues and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and case resolution efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with company offerings and industry developments to provide informed assistance.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to enhance technical skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) with strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Previous experience in IT support or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote environment.
  • A positive attitude with a genuine interest in helping customers.
  • Eligibility to work remotely from Greece.
