Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for German-speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Deliver accurate information regarding the company’s products and services, while efficiently resolving customer inquiries.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing friendly and professional support.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and overall customer experience.
  • Stay informed about product offerings and company policies to assist customers effectively.
  • Adhere to established procedures to ensure quality and compliance in service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach
  • Capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with customer service software and systems is preferred
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece with a suitable home office setup
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and adapt
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as required
