We’re looking for passionate German-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our team!

What will you do?

You will be the first point of contact, helping our customers resolve their concerns and ensuring their customer service experience is transformed positively!

You should also have:

  • A high school diploma
  • Strong command of German (minimum C1 level) and good knowledge of English
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role (it’s a plus, but not a must!)
  • Flexibility to work 6 or 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, with rotating shifts
