Job description

Your main goal will be to drive pipeline and help build n8nโ€™s SDR playbook to fuel growth. You will be the front line of our sales efforts, connecting with potential customers and qualifying opportunities that turn into revenue for the business.

To do so, here are your key responsibilities:

1- Engage with prospects

๐Ÿ’ฌ Conduct scheduled prospect meetings, effectively positioning n8n's value
๐Ÿ“ง Reach out to warm leads via email and social media to build rapport
๐Ÿ“ž Qualify leads over the phone and uncover potential for further discussions

2- Build pipeline with outbound efforts

๐Ÿ“ˆ Create outbound campaigns that target strategic accounts
๐Ÿ” Research accounts and identify decision-makers and champions within organizations
๐Ÿค Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor messaging that resonates with prospects

3- Administration & Reporting

๐Ÿ“ Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and sales activities in CRM
๐Ÿ“Š Track your outreach metrics to ensure progress toward quarterly targets
๐Ÿ“‘ Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on prospect engagement

4- Collaboration with the sales team

๐Ÿค Work closely with Account Executives, Solution Engineers, and the broader sales team to transition qualified leads
๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿคโ€๐Ÿง‘ Develop strategies with Marketing to increase conversion rates from MQLs to SQLs
