Senior Creative Designer

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Sr. Creative Designer who will help our clients with their daily operations, business, and personal-related tasks. You will be working with an exciting startup organization of eager and young professionals who are hungry for growth and opportunities!

Salary Range:  PHP 70,000 - 100,000 per month

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

• Design graphics for social media posts, newsletters, presentations, and ad campaigns using Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Canva.
• Support daily social media posting on X, LinkedIn, and future Meta platforms.
• Handle basic video and podcast editing (training provided).
• Assist with reporting on social media metrics and maintaining data in Google Sheets.
• Perform administrative tasks, including tracking project progress and following up on tasks.
• Be proactive in suggesting creative ideas and improvements for content

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design with expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint, and Canva
• Strong attention to detail and experience creating social media graphics and ad content.
• Ability to work independently with a go-getter attitude and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Basic video editing skills using tools like Aftereffects and Premiere Pro and Social Media Management (scheduling content to post)

• Experience working with early-stage startups is nice to have
• Familiarity with GMail and Slack for team communication
