Purpose

Sales Associates perform inbound and outbound sales calls with potential customers sourced through our multi-million-dollar national advertising campaign.  Our products provide safety and security solution for our customers and their loved ones.

Responsibilities

  • Perform inbound and outbound sales calls with potential customers
  • Meet and exceed goals by generating sales from inbound calls and follow-up with potential customers to sell Connect America products and services
  • Deliver best-in-class service experience in a professional courteous manner to our customers
  • Sell to prospective customers while providing security and safety solutions for them and their loved ones while working with the client to find the best solutions for their individual needs
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment to meet sales goals

Required Skills

  • 1 year of sales experience or 2 years customer service experience required
  • Prior experience in commission-based sales preferred 
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer proficiency with sales platforms, CRM data entry, internet and Microsoft
  • Strong organizational skills to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment to meet sales goals
  • Previous successful sales experience preferred 
  • Must be comfortable in an active high volume inbound/outbound call center environment
  • Must be 18 years of age, college graduates preferred
